He fixed the issue, cleaned the drain and didn't even charge us for looking at a separate issue with the tub drain. He doesn't bait and switch or try to upsell un-needed major work. We needed a basement sink clog fixed. Jim came on time and did a wonderful job and was also able to fix a problem with our bathroom sink. He was on time and the cost was very reasonable. He was very friendly and helpful and happy to explain what was causing the problems. I would highly recommend Jimmy Rooter.

These guys are awesome! I've used them twice in the last six weeks. First time fixed a leaking shower went above and beyond... checking a couple additional items at no extra charge!
